RE: RE: RE: negative?Hi newyork20.
You posted,
"any private placement at such a low price is negative,it is pure dilusion at its finest, but what choice do they have to keep the 'lights on"??"
If you read back a month or two, we have folks posting how the mining in Belize is generating huge quantities of gold and how this will fund operations and exploration. Erin even put out a news release about selling gold and gold production. If you read their financial statements that came out in December, there are no gold sales on the income statement. I have not been able to figure that one out yet. If they are sitting on stockpiles of gold, why do they not sell it and use it for whatever they were going to use the latest PP for and save the shareholders the dilution?
The fact that Rio Tinto returned the property to the govt does not warrant a NR by Erin. In fact, it does not impact Erin currently in the least. That is pure HYPE. Even if Erin is negotiating with the govt to get the property back, they should not be issuing a news release. Deals are being negotiated and properties evaluated on a continuous basis. If they are negotiated successfully, then you have news worthy of a release. I guess they are able to keep the dream alive. It has been a great run now for for them for the last 10 to 12 years.
I see the latest PP as a negative. Huge dilution and I cannot see how Erin will be able to continue without some sort of rollback.
