Undoubtedly NGG management has much to prove - no one implies that more often than me :)
However, one of the prime times to invest in a miner is when they turn from negative earnings to being [proveably and consistently] cash flow positive. The company is three years late in reaching commercial production levels and has historically set targets it has failed to deliver upon but if they can soon (without again having to head to the financiers under unfavorable conditions) then there is little but good news to come with increased earings and M&I resources.
As a side note - don't forget to value the company based upon it's fully diluted number of shares and revised production cost estimate. Both have recently changed.
