RE: HRG & NXG NORTHGATE Hmmm?Mr. Lyons is coincidentally a director with Sprott Resource Corp.  I believe it's fair to say this hole shake up was iniated by Eric Sprott with friendly placements on the BOD.  I personally don't think severstal will take their mits off this one so highly unlikely any combination with NXG will occur,
