Dorex Minerals Inc. has appointed Larry Kau as a director.
Mr. Kau graduated from Wisconsin State University -- Whitewater, Wis., with a bachelor of science degree in English, 1971, operating a dairy farm there until 1987. In 1987 Mr. Kau joined Commerce Group in Milwaukee, Wis., and was involved in the financing, purchasing and of shipping mining equipment to the company's San Sebastian gold mine in the Republic of El Salvador, Central America. He remains a consultant to the company. Over the past 12 years Mr. Kau has worked with several private and public companies in Canada and the United States, assisting with financing primarily from U.S sources.
