Good Example of 'Basing'?

Opel's chart appears to be a very good example of 'Basing'. Hope it doesn't go on too long. This company has the appearance of a keeper.

I would suspect it is being accumulated. When there is no one left to sell, it should break to the upside, then we will see if there is a buyer in the wood work.
