The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE: resignationSimply a restructuring action that reflects the current stage Merrex is in. You need the right mix of people for each stage of exploration. I'm sure we'll here of new directors with the anouncement of a winter drill program on Crackingstone as well as for the Siribaya project in Mali. They have to raise $3.5M or so to maintain working rights on all their properties in 2009 with $1.2M allocated to the Crackingstone project.
