RE: RE: RE: warrants?

RE: RE: RE: warrants? The amount of warrants may not have changed but the exercise price has and therefor the warrants become a tool when the price is pushed up on speculation like we have been seeing and then shares get sold into the run and then they can also short the stock by having the warrants to fall back on incase it really makes a nice run up! So when they exercise their warrants at a cheaper price, they are kind of dilluting the stock because the exercise price would have been higher before and they warrants would probably not have been exercised anyway! With that being said, the company needs to get the price up a lot more from these levels because they will not see a dime if the price doesn't go up, the warrant holders will only buy in if their is a significant increase in share price AND a higher level of trading volume. If they can not unload the warrants they will not bother to exercise them. The company has until early April to get this stock to take off and hold it up for a while or they will find that they will not get much out of this incentive program as the market is even more critical than it was the last time around when they did this last time and even then they didn't get all of the warrants exercised that they thought that they would have. It will be tough to get this through 20-25 cents because of the over hang I have witnessed in the past few days on the depth, as CIBC and TD continue to flood the asks with shares for sale and continue to keep filling the asks as the price continues to fall. Now who might be shorting this stock, well IMHO I think it is CIBC who is probably shorting pretty heavily and secondly followed up by TD. Shorting of stock should be illegal because the rich can control the price fluxuations with placing heavy asks and discouraging the retail investor. Not a fair playing field as far as I am concerned! Cheers!!
