With all the patents efl has...does anyone remember a certain firm successfully suing EFL for patent infringement?  Is that why they don't mention their big product the TABLET anymore?  Does anyone remember Sanky saying that Tablets were the bread and butter of the future? 

The guy flips more than a fish out of water and they both stink.
