RE: RE: RE: What a week to be away!!!I would figure that if somebody was to do a take over and felt confident that they could pull it off, then they would start to buy shares on the open market because every share bought on the open market is one less share that you would not have to pay the premium attached to it. Also you could buy up to 10% before you would have to become a reporting shareholder like an insider and that is a good chunk of shares to get 10%, that is like 30+ million shares to buy before you have to report anything! Besides the amount of disgruntled shareholders here would jump at anything between 80cents to $1.00 / share and I think that management would jump at it too!If there is a buyer , just get it done before the FDA decission because people will start to get big dreams that this is worth 5 dollars per share and it will effect the sale so get it done!
