Big question is are shareholders better off being taken over by a major or having managment develop mine on their own. I'm torn. All depends on the takeover price offered. Osisko will have no problems obtaining financing so they are in drivers seat. Seen one analyst review that mentioned a possible (RBC) $9 takeover price but even that doesn't do the company justice. Anybody have any negatives? I don't.
