Awful quiet after an excellent week

Awful quiet after an excellent weekWhat happens next?

Now have 10 million ounces.
Cash cost upper $200 range and below $300.
700,000 ounce producer.
Environmental Impact Study accepted.
Capital costs coming down for equipment, 15-20% reduction for structural steel.
$10-$50 million favorable impact from stronger US dollar.
Heavy Insider buying.
Negotiatons with SGF a Quebec government owned financing institution.  With 455 permanent jobs and 800 constructions jobs certainly incentive for government to contribute funds.
Financing to be in place by end of March.
Construction to start end of June.
Exploration drilling on Gouldie, East Amphi, Southeast extension.
Gold heading for $1000
Technicals bullish.
Majors getting additional financing for expansion purposes.
Newmont acquires remainder of Boddington mine.
Barrick looking to do a financing as well.

Big question is are shareholders better off being taken over by a major or having managment develop mine on their own.  I'm torn.   All depends on the takeover price offered.  Osisko will have no problems obtaining financing so they are in drivers seat.   Seen one analyst review that mentioned a possible (RBC) $9 takeover price but even that doesn't do the company justice.  Anybody have any negatives?  I don't.
