The building as an asset value is meaningless in an economic environment that leaves plenty of empty factories. If you sell your building where are you going to conduct business. Mind you for the sales involved I could rent them my garage!
I don't doubt Sankar's well meaning integrity but not divulging negative information or providing updates,questions the over all integrity of a CEO and confidence in a company. Nortel comes to mind... it went bankrupt with billions in the bank.
Untill this company has gross sales exceeding that of a corner store, it can't claim to have a future. After years and years as a public company it is no longer a start up.
The money keeps shrinking and you can't "eat" the building. Not good.
