I will try to explain it, if I don't succeed, someone else who is laughing can try.

-Say in London it is 1AM. Say my time zone is currently 6PM. Say yours in 8PM.

LSE opens at 9 am (i think) London time. That means in London they wait eight hours until 9 am when it opens.

I wait 8 hours in real time also, and for me the LSE is open at 2AM my time
You also wait 8 hours in real time, and can the LSE opens 4AM local time for you.

it doesnt matter what your time zone says, the LSE opens at the same time for everyone, and i think that is 6 hours from now. Everyone, from all time zones can come on these boards 6 hours from now, no earlier, and the LSE will be opening.
