RE: RE: RE: Kudos

RE: RE: RE: KudosIn my opinion,

Erin should continue with the lawsuit and get the money and move to a more stable area of the world.  Serbia screwed Erin before and they WILL do it again if we continue to do business with them.  There is to much corruption there to waste time and money on them.  Take the money, roll back the shares and start again with a small float of shares and a few million in the bank.  Then buy some good properties that are on sale due to the economy and build some real value for shareholders instead of stringing them along with this pipe dream out of Serbia.

Even if they get the property back, how much will they give away to the "silent partner"?  How much will be left to spread over the 100+ million shares that they have outstanding?  They either have to give away 85% or 90% to their silent partner in order to have a carried interest or they JV and share the costs 50-50.  At that point, they would have to dilute the heck out of the shareholders to fund their share of the costs.

TAKE THE CASH!  Try and build some REAL value...
