they don't need to go to the markets for $$ any more. they have contracts and inventory they can borrow money from the bank now. the company has never been in better position.  I doubt they are burning that much now. Those costs were skewed from the moving and switch over from one chief to the next. If that latest contract pans out as it is stated to they need another plant as they will exuast all they can make just from that one cutomer.
