The answer is YES, they will have value

...the shares have value on any exchange they trade on. right now OIL trades on the london exchange LSE with the ticker OIL. We should know shortly if we are going to continue on the TSE or move to another exchange. In the end it wont matter as I believe with the pending sale of ONSL assets in the north sea we will get a fair price and many people will want to sell their shares. We are on TSE until Feb 9th, and then only on the LSE and any other exchange the company gets us onto. Dont worry your shares are valuable and IMO going to get more valualbe
