I should have been more clear.  Yes I read the article but what I was referring to is that it is unwise to refer to a cash balance and imply that that is 'free and clear'.  That $ per share does not take into account the payment that SAM will earn on the PBS transaction that occurred post Sept 30.  It does not take into account the $30 million future tax liability that was accrued in Sept in recognition of the October portion of the PBS sales.  I do not believe it takes into account the $ expended for the 5 million shares of SCP, which SCP retired post Sept 30th.  

Don't get me wrong, I own SCP and it is a very interesting, exciting and undervalued play that I like a lot.  But I don't think its fair to infer that it has $3.15 per share without any liabilities.
