Another thing nobody here is talking about..... what company will do with possible cash left over after the sale of assets?  we all know that possible sale of OIL assets is the most likely scenario and most of us agree that after the sale we will probably see some cash left on the table, IMO this cash can be use to buy some good assets from others distressed companies, the same way as others are trying buy it from us!!
Remember, Oilexco has a good team working for them, good geologist already proven and ready to do it again and this is the reason why I won't be rushing selling my shares after all smoke clears here, with no debt, possible cash on hand and good people on board Oilexco can again become a good and valuable company in a very short period of time.
I can bet you that OIL management is looking for those distressed assets as we speak and when things start unfolding they will unfold very rapidly. IMHO
