Liquidity

Does anyone have any thoughts on the price and liquidity of this stock today and yesterday?  Two days of no price change is unusual for this stock.  There seems to be fewer houses buying and selling lately.  Has anything changed to cause trading to slow down?  There have been 8 trades today and 2 houses were involved with all of them.  Perhaps everyone is holding on anticipating the approvals to come through very soon.
