I would take the wait and see approach. The project has not announced who their partners are and Omniwatt does not make solar panels that I can see.

The McGuinty initiative details have not been announced as of yet and I suspect the Federal government will make an announcement with them. Ontario does not have the resources right now on their own to initiate anything due to their mistakes and lack of initiative in the manufacturing industry since taking power. IMHO.

We will see.
