YNG / MYNG

YNG / MYNGYng is climbing steadily yet MYNG is falling, what gives with that?.  Gold is over 900 so MYNG will hit the bonuses for running the mill.  It seems like common sense that they both move up together.  Unless someone was looking to buy the mill from YNG and cancel the contract with MYNG.  I don't know if that is possible and its a wild assumption but I thought I would through that out there for discussion.
