Wrong assumption on my last post... 6/7 of patient - none had GBM. However, these patients all got 3 cycles or more.
In PII trial, patient will get probably 10-12 cycles of treatment. Efficacy should be better due to longer exposure to drug.
Anyway, another reassuring idea is that these PII patients being tested seem to be in at least year 2 of treatment because (they are after surgery). They don't have a lot of life expectency left.
I'd say 6 - 12 months for 2nd year GBM.
Again, if no patient died during trial we can all assume that survival milestone is a slam dunk.
Primary objective is "6-month progression free survival from date of initial infusion of TLN-4601"
First patient got recruited in late september. By end of march, he would be the first to reach the objective.
I hope they all survive.
If so, partnership is a sure thing or else Financing will be easy.
