RE: Here it is in black and whiteFirst off, I can pretty much guarntee you our friends at MMCAPP have held NO common shares for quite some time. Not even the 1 MIL that buddy-boy hung onto. I think I bought 250K of those off of him at .10/.105 cents, actually.

Second of all, PP's are subject to a 4 month hold period before you can peel off shares. And do you know who bought into those PP's? No, you don't. Not everyone is here for a nickel, you know.

Third - A stock will rise to a proper valuation based on MARKET CAP, not outstanding shares. So what gives us a higher valuation? Positive news. Again, watching WHO is buying, and at what prices, these guys think that the stock is undervalued based on what THEY KNOW. Which is always more than what we know, we are along for the ride.

I understand you are OUT, and not buying in. I get it. Why the sour campaign? Perhaps you want in. I hope not.
