About 13 million shares over the past 8 months. Close to 100 million of cash spent on this. Even if the purchases were financed, it woudl for sure be at al esser borrowing rate than what would of had to be paid out in distributions.
I would wager a strong possiblity that Yellow pages will taken private or bought out buy a pension fund within the next couple of years once cheaper fiannciang is avaiable from the banks.
