So i guess rivetman you are late to the party, you didn't pick up any shares prior to approval and now you are trying to create some doubt so that you can save a penny or two when you are buying.  If i remeber correctly you used this trick once or twice at CCZ.
Its a litle harsh to doubt if the company will exist in 6 months now that they have approvals. Your statement might had some credibility prior to approvals but now it just a glaring highlight of your motives.
