Can someone explain to me what happens if Barrick just takes over the "property" how does that benefit the shareholders?  Wouldn't they just pay money to Harp and them... how do we as share holders benefit?

Wouldn't they have to buy DLKM as a whole for us to benefit?

Does anyone have an examples of a larger mining company buying  a smaller jr explorer?
