If i calculated correctly, the new share will represent only 20% of the overall shares outstanding after the new issues. if you count the warrant in it will be around 33% in total, so not more than 50% like you said.

we can see some huge money pour into the gold majors recently, but not a lot in juniors. It would be nice to raise funds at higher prices, but in today's market place, survival is prime to juniors.

I think in the news release, they did mention that they are updating the new resources, hope that will come back positive.

 

after, you are in a game of junior mining companies. at least SOHO has some 43-101 resources to back it up. I think the real value for this company is around 0.25 after the new resources updates.
