CLOUDBREAK RESEARCHES SIGNIFICANT HISTORICAL DATA

Symbol: CDB.TSX.V/C6K: Frankfurt /Pink Sheets: CUDBF

Cloudbreak Resources Ltd. (the"Company") is pleased to report that the Company has received coalpermits from Saskatchewan Energy and Resources. Historical datacovering this ground indicates several significant coal intercepts.

In 2000, Golconda Resources intercepted 145 meters of "coal seams ofvarying thickness interlayered in unconsolidated sandstone. Sandstonelight beige with medium grained composition" (presumably cantuarformation) from 17.5 meters to 163.06 meters within the permitted areaCPP 5122. This property is adjacent to the Goldsource Mines,(GXS-TSX:V) Ballantyne property, and the Golconda hole is approximately17.5 kilometers west of the Ballantyne property boundary. GolcondaResources was not drilling to intercept coal in 2000. The generalgeology of the area is mapped as Cretaceous Mannville Formation. Thehistoric hole is in the area of a highway so easy access is possiblefor commencement of drilling as per the Coal Disposition Regulations ofSaskatchewan.

In another area to the south of the Golconda hole, approximately 50kilometers southwest, drilling in1993 by Consolidated Pine Channelintercepted coal seams of varying thickness within the permitted areaCPP 5063. The hole was described as "278 feet to 308 feet Lignite:largely intermixed with silt in the centre part of the section". Thisarea is mapped as Cretaceous Mannville Formation and in the vicinity ofa highway.

Recent information from GSC paper 89-4 written in 1989 by G.G Smithindicates the coal was misidentified as Lignite in the Wapawekka pit. This coal is identified as Sub Bituminous C.

Both coal intercepts are historic and the descriptions are garneredfrom drill core logs filed in Saskatchewan Energy Resources Librarylocated in Regina, Saskatchewan, by the previous operators as outlinedabove.

Cloudbreak Resources has approximately 45,500 acres of mineralinterests which border Weststar Resources, (WER-TSX:V) "18 meterProperty". Cloudbreak’s Coal Prospecting Permits are approximately 15kilometers north of Weststar Resources, historic coal intercept hole.

The permitted areas are plotted on a map which can be viewed on the Company’s website.
