Chuckles and crew have made it a career in misleading by rumour with half-truths and inuendo. Nothing has changed. The good thing is that the sec are now finally keeping an eye on them. You can be sure any news releases with Charles Desjardins signature on it will be closely scrutinized. Looks good on them.
