you can't start a fire without a spark

you can't start a fire without a spark
Ok, I am finally excited, disappointed about dilution, but optimistic. I am very hopeful the N.I.43 101
is much better than it was, it should become a selling document at the PDAC. They lost a year, but in a year that did not matter. At least the metals still in the ground, remote as it is.....
nothing that $20-$100,000,000.00 can't cure. There is still a lot of heavy lifting to do!
Buzz, if I recall you raised this over a year ago, and its still a glaring ink spot in the last MD& A...

"On October 31, 2007 the Company terminated an agreement to pay a $7,500 monthly management fee

to a company controlled by an officer. At the same time the officer entered into an employment contract

with the Company. Under the terms of the employment contract, the officer is paid a salary of $13,333 per

month, plus a $50,000 bonus, and is eligible to receive 400,000 share purchase options. The share

purchase options have not yet been granted."

But good on Ralph
he got some money some where.......because there is still a large bill to pay, this is shinning off the paper in the most recent MD & A as well!

"Pursuant to the share purchase agreement, the Company is obligated to make final payments ofUS$200,000 to the vendors of the Sacramento shares."

Therefore one would hope after all these years they finally pay this once and for all, if they do, now the banks got $800k!
There still remains no field team, lets hope they can secure a sale or more financing. It still feels yucky 150,000,000 million shares outstanding!! But at least today, we have a spark, maybe a fire is coming. Here is a link to our city, see what your not missing.
