RE: RE: RE: Marketmover1 = 4 for 4

RE: RE: RE: Marketmover1 = 4 for 4Here are all of the accountants reasons for share price gains:

-cash in the bank
750g. How much monthly burn rate ie... office rent. salaries etc, drilling will 750k buy you. Not much

-coal and potash properties situated in great locations
OK pretty good location but still need to be drilled to see if any potash in comercial quantity exist. And lots of drilling might I add.

-great management
Umm have you researched the management. Blair Naughty, although not in the picture anymore, has not done anything spectacular with any of the companies he has been associated with. His specialty is promotion and that is getting pretty difficult these days. He's managed to raise some capital but lets face it a trained monkey could of raised money back in the hayday. Lots of investors were available for fleecing then. As far as Rich goes I have respect for the guy but he is a greenhorn. Be assured though that Rich Macey will be relying on Blair Naughty for help going forward. Also have you asked yourself this question. If CDB issuch a sure thing in your books why would your president resign???

-area players looking at us
Don't know what that means and I'm sure you don't neither.

-possible small drill program in the future
Of course that's their business

-great historical intercepts on our permitted land
Do not have enough information on "great historical intercepts" yet. Like how much of a coal seam there is and the quality of the coal. Same can be said for the potash.

-exteremely strong and steady price increase
I'll give you that, the share price looks good technically speaking except for today. But the share price has been pumped by promotion and no substance so far.

-great volume increase
Yep good volume alright, it's not hard to get the herd exited these days.

-TA that only indicates that we will be moving up.
If you are only going by technicals for your investment decisions with CDB without looking more closely at the whole picture that you will suffer the consequences.

Sorry but I still don't see any reason for the share price to be much higher than it is now. In fact CDB is still overvalued at it's current share price.

Those are the facts.
