strange national mix-up Holiday- where

strange national mix-up Holiday- whereI tried to place an order tonight through webbroker and they would not let me do the transaction because they said it was a holiday.  There is no holiday in Canada on the 16th of Feb.   There is howevee a holiday in the US- Presidents Day.  I guess we are all in Canada subject to US regulation and our little economy is not important in the whole scheme of thhings to TD
