RE: UBS Ltd. Press Release CMMLook has already approved the deal in advance.  So only UBS would need to approve which would obviously be needed before AGM Feb.25.  and you need a few days to digest the news so i would expect some kind of release sometime this week.   fingers crossed lets go...
