VCWhen they release the 2008 drills they have been holding back on for eight months Soho will get further coverage,

Taheuheuto's geological merit  will bail us out  as there has been a loss of confidence which reflects in a share price fall of 99%.

With most of  the investors burned who can blame investors for not coming back to Soho?

With new board members and a new investor base in China Soho will eventually come back.

After the new RC and updated NI 43-101 there should be recognition and awareness brought back to Soho.

It is up to the new partner to define a vision and timeframe for turning Taheuheuto into a mine.

He is the developer and has the contacts and funds.

Ralph is quoted as saying there should be a revised count of 1.5 million ounces Au Eq.-all metals included.

Now Ralph has to retain his control of the project, conserve the funds and develop the relationship in order to receive the funding to continue drilling, build up the resource, count, conduct  the metallurgical drills and perform the PEA.

If the new investor is into Soho as a fair partner that provides funding and support Soho is off to the races.

Let's hope that Ralph has protected himself -and his shareholders,
