These oil ETF's don't make sense

These oil ETF's don't make senseI bought another oil etf when the price of oil hit $34 and some change last week..Then oil went up in the $38 dollar rangeyet my etf didnt hardly move.Now oil drops back to $34 and change and i am down approx 11% instead of being even...ARH>>>>
