RE: RE: Nice ActionIt's my split personality.   A stronger share price makes the world of difference IMO.  Severtal will get squeezed hard with a higher S/P as it will open more options to fund us into positive cashflow.  While it is my belief they want to sweep the assets, they'll have a hard time doing so with price appreciation.  Severstal still wins with share appreciation but they can't tap into future cashflow.  If the s/p goes to $1.00, it'll cost them $300 million to take it out vs $60 million today.   A book gain on their balance sheet means little if they take it out so I suspect they'll want to move before the price appreciates. 

Market factors seem to be working against a cheap take out.   A .30 s/p and liquidation of PLG shares totally changes this picture.  I'd even be happy with a share roll back in a poistion of strength as it will broaden institutional investor base.
