At the end of the dayI spoke with Philip Beck CEO of Planet Payment this afternoon. We had an extensive conversation of what transpired with Freestar last year when there was an offer on the table from them to purchase Freestar for 45Million. Lets just say that he is not too happy with Freestar's handling of their press releases. First off, the offer wasn't even a real offer. Thats right gang. There were talks and these talks were in their enfantcy when Freestar ran with the story. These conversations were mearly hypothetical and Freestar ran like a 16 year old who just lost their virginity to tell the rest of the world. It seems they have a habit of jumping the gun. Premature ejaculation is more like it.
This truly left a bad taste with Planet Payment and raised a lot of questions.
Now for the goods. He did reiterate that what Freestar claims they have is of substance. Thats right folks they have the goods. The platform is there and there is interest from third parties but OUR MANAGEMENT Sucks the big one. The ENV certification is what everyone wants from them. The Platform is real.
At this rate they will run out of cash flow real soon unless they come out with what they seem to be keeping in hiding.
Even the CEO of Planet Payment is suspect of what Freestar now Rahaxi claims they have. All I know is that at least you can get a hold of this guy with one phone call attempt. Not like the Egans where you get some nutball reception chick who ALWAYS claims EGANS are in meetings or away. What CEO cancells two conference calls, says that there is no intent of a reverse split on one conference call that he did hold months before there was a reverse. How can EGAN not hold another makeup conference call? That boggels my mind. Lies, lies and more lies. These Irish goons are clueless.
Yes they are gaining accounts but at a snails pace.
I have started shooting a documentary about all this mess. I have been in touch with officers at the SEC and will kep the retail shareholder posted with latest developments. I would love to hear your experiences with your position in the stock and the promises that were fed to you. The going title is "FreeFall" not Freestar.
The funnyest thing is that we have a broker in Toronto who pushes or lets say pushed this stock to everyone and their mother who still continues to feed prevledged information to his shareholders. Isnt that illegal? YES!
Wake up and smell the coffee GOOF!
