stick a few pipes as per the schematics of carbon capture into the ground and voila you have carbon capture, no meter on the pipes means its a BS
get a few ex-cops that were experts that testified at trials to get a conversational p.eng degree pay them the $150 grand a year they think they deserve and they'll sign off on carbon capture, probably could recruit some of those from the BC securities Commission too, they know how to make up stories, like getting papered up with conversational class degrees, and all think they deserve a few hundred grand a year getting a big arse
dangerous though if the gov decides to get all those papered up easterners that took conversational MBA classes a job as carbon capture surveillance then regardless whether your system truly captures carbon or not you'll still have to pay
