CIBC appears to be cheating

Has anybody noticed that CIBC has been placing huge blocks of shares at the ask when things quieten down after the actice trading from news almost to stifle any momentum, and they conveniently seem to know when to pull all of these large bids usually 24 hours or less before a news release is put out. This in my opinion that they are recieving inside info to be able to play these games and the can't be done to this degree without inside info! Now that we recieved news last week, I see that they are placing 1/2million shares for sale at 15....and another 1/2 million shares for sale at 15.5cents. I am sure the OSC would be interested in this as it appears to be very questionable. I am not very pleased that this is going on with a stock that I like to be invested in, but these games need to end!
