RE: RE: oilexco bossI'd imagine they are waiting to see what will happen with the admin. process.  Although, everything is up in the air right now with the Admin., and we're not really sure what has been done yet, and what hasn't.  If Bidco does get something, than perhaps these companies will hold them liable?  Not sure if this can even happen as it's only under the same umbrella as ONSL.  If there is anything left over, and I'm not saying there is, it seems like it will all depend on these contracts, and how they play out.
Also, didn't the admins. already renegotiate a contract or two?
