RE: RE: Deliverator

RE: RE: DeliveratorSorry Deliverator, but your guestimates are at best juvenile. On an earlier post you have stated  the following about yourself "Please note carefully: I Am Not A Geologist, or mining engineer or geophysicist, so you must take this estimate with a grain of salt."  I say please pass the salt.

So, accepting your declaration that you have no mining related technical training, and it would appear that you do not have an accounting background, then what actual experience do you have in mine valuations, or has all your "knowledge" come from sitting behind a computer and reading online experiences from others? Have you ever even been to an operating mine? How about an underground mine? There are so many more considerations involved in valuing a resource than a simple NPV calculation. It also appears from your response that you do not even appreciate how companies determine the discount rate used in their calculations. You do realize that they don't pick them out of a hat - don't you?
