RE: Emailed IR again - Re Financing/Debt

In my estimation, they produced 20,000 plus oz's in January so should have sufficent cashflow to meet operational requirements.  I can't recall offhand if debt payments are semi-annual or qrterly to Nomos.   IMO debt repayment is the only significant funding needed so the question is....is the next large payment due Q1 or Q2.  RGI is royalty based on production showing as current liability due to breach of covenants.  This one won't  be the source of trouble unless RGI takes action but we have the PLG shares to fully offset this debt. 

I'm wondering what's happening in the background.  Was Moshers involvement severed or is there some legal issues?
