Where is news of 'Value' added??

Where is news of 'Value' added??Franky Lawrence,

I find agreement with some of your views.

Mr.Zhang is hopefully the financier and developer that Taheuheuto has always needed, but like you I am not happy/impressed  to see Soho dilute existing shareholders 50% for a million dollars.

As there is yet to be word about what is in this for Soho (investors) any potential investors are waiting for the news.

Why no news? Where is the upside??? Hell fellow posters and investors-care to enlighten the board and potential investors??

That would be why Soho refuses to appreciate in price.

The anticipated RC of 1.5 million oz Au Eq should demand a shareprice in the thirty cent range, in and of itself.

The untold news is the BIG NEWS Soho should release  for allowing Mr. Zhang to potentially control Taheujeuto for a million bucks (and a 50% dilution of existing shareholders equity).

There has to  be an upside announcement or  it would seem Mr.Shearing gave away  control of Taheuheuto for a million bucks

Waiting, waiting for the good news from Mr. Zhang and what he brings to the  Soho table.

Where is this news?????

For the record, I am happy to see the China connection, it makes sense, just to bad they gave the company away.  I see they have the new board members up on the site.

Also, this Mr. Zhang background is in coal, China's practices in coal have some issues, but that's not a discussion for this bull board.
