RE: RC update on ACTACT traded as high as $0.68 last summer with no approvals or contracts.  Now with approvals and pending contract announcements we should shoot well past  $0.68.  The $0.40 target must be very short term.  I think the longer term target should be the original $1.60 that RC had last year.
