and the questionable management. What is better: a good and trusty management with average rocks ? Or bad management with great rocks ? I figure I'd go with better management over the quality of rocks as good management will always strike good deals, find a way, and bad management will make bad decisions and screw its shareholders. And the fact they are at 172mil OS proves they aren't very sensitive about their shareholders, and you are always risking a share rollback at some point if SP stays this low. So, kinda risky in here.
