   This week -end spent time with some good Canadian guys. Two that have FCO stock. The mine is now as political as is cobalt. The Democratic majority in the Senate is aging and they need to replentish ASAP. FCO .bonds,stimulas package is a big deal. THey create the jobs for the mines,you can believe periferal jobs created,gov welfare jobs etc. They want another DEM. senator and another congressman . I'm saying ability to create from the state and local level programs will have very deep pockets.NOw think who has money,Rockefellers,Sen from WV,with mining issues. Want to think about those possabilities and trust me on one thing MR. Rockafeller is not in love with Republicans.
