RE: Today's actionThat line you quoted is standard legal jargon. Even if it read: "The deal is 100% certain to close on March 12th, etc.." - this still wouldn't be a guarantee. We deal with this everyday. If you sell your house, the agreement says that the buyer has to come with the funds by a particular date so the deal can close. Sometimes there are delays or hiccups, but if you have a good strong buyer with a good history and financial backing, then there is no reason to worry.
FSY should be creeping up to the $6.60 range soon, but the current market sentiment is very scared overall. Some good bids seem to stack up when it drops 10 cents, suggesting that buyers know they can be patient to load up. As with any stock, buying on the dips is a good strategy here as long as you hold on to a good base amount of shares.
