i dont get this...

i dont get this...
where excatly did they use the 3 billion dollars they have in debt???

i see around a billion used in long lake so far....including the upgrader etc...
300 million in  asset write downs??? thats already included in the billion they have spent...
so where is the other 2 billion...lets say they used 500 million in explortarion and obtaining all their asset s n what not...still i cant figure out where all the other cash went ....even after another 730 million injection....
there is some bs going on for sure.....
