Curious

Curiousas to why an extension is being sought?  Just for clarification - are they asking for a creditor protection extension?  If so, and things were apparently going according to plan then why an extension?  It doesn't so like a positive to me? 

The only positive I can think of is - that once the adminstration process is complete and they do get some properties it allows them time to organize their debt and restructure and renegotiate contracts before people start demanding money - thoughts?

Maybe I got this all wrong and I have been looking through rose colored glasses??
