RE: im still confusedThere once was some Howe St. farmers who sold all their seed milk in the high teens and 20`s with the expectation of replenishing their milk supply by way of a cheap financing at .05 with some other farmers south of the border. My hunch is that someone has thrown a wrench into those plans by buying the stock up to, and further supporting it at these present level.
Who is buying? My guess is that it would have to be a previously large shareholder with deep pockets who does not particularly agree that the dairy industry and the mineral exploration industry are a good mix. Who knows? Maybe the board members who recently resigned shared these same thoughts also.
What next? I imagine this is the classic fight between good and evil behind the scenes which can only be settled at an AGM. An AGM has been announced but if my instincts are correct the people currently in control may not want this to take place.
If I was a shareholder I would definitely like to see an AGM as soon as possible. With a share price of .20-.25 this company would have about $800,000 through warrants being exercised, and a new plan and direction.
If you are still confused, maybe you should phone the office and ask them if they know of any good reasons why you should be selling right now. LOL
