actually i talked to Stephan last week ( stan's son) who said the permits will be out any day. I know the IR's always tell you stuff you want to hear, but you cannot discount the fact that the Gov of Sask really f$$ked this whole play up.

so if i were an ir and people were calling me everyday i would say the same. What they should say is I DONY KNOW.
